Edit a Department Name in Workforce Management

Note: To complete this task, you will need Shift4 Dine Customer Hub credentials, you must be assigned as a manager in the department you are editing, and you must have the Manage Schedules permission in Workforce Management.

1. Log in to the Customer Hub.
2. Navigate to Workforce Management > Scheduler.
3. Select the business name to open the business menu and select Departments from the list.
4. Select a department from the list of departments.
   
5. On the General Settings screen, use the Department Name field to change the department name if needed. 
   

6. When you have finished editing, select Save.
