Log in to the Shift4 Customer Hub

Description: Learn how to log in and configure user localization settings, including regional options, updating date formats, currency display, and language preferences.

You need the credentials provided to you when your account was set up if you are visiting for the first time. This should be the email address you provided for the account. Use the Forgot Password link if you are unable to sign in. 

Access with Login Credentials

1. Navigate to the Customer Hub.
2. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided and select Sign in.
   
   Use your DBA business or owner email address. Look in your email for the email address that you registered with Shift4 during your account creation and search for an email from the Customer Hub.
3. Once you have successfully signed in, the location dashboard will appear. In the left column, menu options for various functions and features also appear.
   • Use these links to move through the systems as your needs dictate. If you are located in a country other than the United States, please review the Localization Enhancement section.

Note: If the wrong email was used, contact Shift4 for further assistance.

Localization Enhancement

To improve your experience across global markets and allow you to customize the environment to include language options and regional date/time formatting. A reminder banner may also be displayed on the login page for 7 days.

Note: Germany and Spain currently include full language translations. All other regions will enable localized date formatting.

• United Kingdom

Accessing Localization Enhancements 

1. Log in, then select the globe icon at the upper-right of the dashboard screen.
   
2. Select your region.
   
3. Confirm the menu options and currency format have been updated. Changes apply instantly and require no page reload. Your preference is saved across sessions.
   Note: A country code should also appear in the right corner of the icon to confirm your selection.
