Description: Learn how to reset your Shift4 Dine Customer Hub password.
Support does not have access to your Customer Hub credentials and cannot supply you with a password if you cannot remember it.
- From the login screen on the Customer Hub, select the Forgot password link.
- On the Recover Account screen, enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select Recover Account after you have entered your email address.
- Check for an email titled "Customer Hub Password Reset Request." Allow a few minutes for the system to send the email. If you do not see the email, check your Spam folder.
If the email address you provided is not associated with a Customer Hub account, you will receive a "Customer Hub Registration Instructions" email, which provides instructions for registering the email address to your account. - Select the Reset Password link.
- Use the fields provided to enter and verify your new password, then press Reset Password.
