Description: If you need help remembering your Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) password, use the steps below to reset it.
Support does not have access to your LBM credentials and cannot supply you with a password if you cannot remember it.
- From the login screen on Lighthouse Business Manager, select the Forgot Password link.
- On the Recover Account screen, enter the email address associated with your account.
- Select Recover Account after you have entered your email address.
- Check for an email titled "Lighthouse Password Reset Request." Allow a few minutes for the system to send the email. If you do not see the email, check your Spam folder.
If the email address you provided is not associated with a Lighthouse account, you will receive a "Lighthouse Registration Instructions" email, which provides instructions for registering the email address to your account. - Select the Reset Password link.
- Use the fields provided to enter and verify your new password, then press Reset Password.
