Add or Delete Account Authorized Contacts Using Shift4 Dine Customer Hub(United States)

1. Log in to Shift4 Dine Customer Hub as an administrator and access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu.
   Note: The Account Maintenance option may not appear when accessing the Customer Hub from a mobile browser. If you do not see this option, please log in from a desktop or laptop computer and try again.
   
2. Select Begin next to "Manage account authorized contacts."
   
3. Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then select Submit.
4. Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
5. Enter the full bank account number on file and select Verify Account Number.
6. Delete by selecting the contact name and clicking Delete Contact, or add by clicking on the Add Contact button.
   
7. If adding, read the confirmation page advising of the capabilities (and restrictions) of authorized contacts added, and then select Continue.
   
8. If adding, input the requested information to add the new contact.
   Note: The name and DOB entered will be used for verification purposes in the future. 
9. After all the changes are complete, select Save Changes.

If you are unable to add or remove an authorized contact through Shift4 Dine Customer Hub > Account Maintenance due to an error—after you have tried standard troubleshooting steps such as clearing your cache and cookies or reloading the page—you may complete the  Add/Remove Merchant form. Once completed, please email the form to Account Maintenance for processing.
