Description: Learn how to adjust loyalty member points on Shift4 Dine Customer Hub. Points can be added or subtracted for many different reasons, including no or wrong phone number attached to the ticket, retention purposes, etc.
To adjust loyalty points:
- Log in to the Customer Hub and select Shift4 Dine > Loyalty from the left navigation menu.
- From the Loyalty dropdown, select Members.
- From the Members tab, select the member from the list you wish to adjust points. When you select the member, the Edit Loyalty Member window opens.
- In the Adjust Loyalty Points section, use the Adjusting Points field to add your adjustment. You can either enter a numerical value or use the arrows on the right to change the value in the field.
The New Balance field will be automatically calculated based on your adjustment. - After adjusting the balance, enter a reason for the adjustment in the Reason field.
- Select Save to keep changes.
