Set up Tip Hints for the CFD
Using the SkyTab POS, you can configure up to 3 percentage options you want your customer to see on your CFD.
To set up tip hints:
- Go to Manager > Hardware > Printers/KDS.
- Select the receipt printer assigned to the terminal you’re connecting the Customer Display to.
- In the Tip Hints fields, enter the percentages you want in the order you want them to appear. You can enter 1, 2, or 3 hints, and the CFD will show them for Credit Card payments.
Note: Tips can only be a % at this time. Currently, we do not have the option to do Flat amounts. - Tap Save.
