Force Tip Selection on SkyTab Mobile

Enable in Lighthouse Business Manager

This feature must be enabled in Lighthouse Business Manager.

To enable this feature:

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and select Devices > SkyTab Mobile from the left navigation menu.
   
2. Toggle on 'Force Tip Selection.'
   
3. Select Save Changes.  

Check if Enabled

Navigate to Tips from the home screen to check if Force Tip Selection is enabled. Under Force Tip Selection, the device will show if the feature is Enabled or Disabled. 

Note: This setting is configured in Lighthouse Business Manager and cannot be configured from SkyTab Mobile. 

Make Payments

When guests make payments on SkyTab Mobile, they will be required to select one of the suggested tip options with Force Tip Selection enabled. 

Guests must tap the selected tip option, then select Continue.
