Force Tip Selection on SkyTab Mobile

Tip Settings Access

Only users with admin or manager permissions can update tip settings.

If you’re unable to change tip settings (they appear read-only, like in the image below), you may not have the required permissions.

Enable Force Tip Selection

On SkyTab Mobile:

1. Log in to SkyTab Mobile.
2. Select your employee name in the top left corner of the home screen.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Tips.
   
5. Toggle Force Tip Selection on. 
   

In Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM):

1. Log in to LBM.
2. Select Devices > SkyTab Mobile from the left navigation menu.
   
3. Toggle on Force Tip Selection.
   
4. Select Save Changes.  

Make Payments

When Force Tip Selection is enabled, guests are required to select one of the suggested tip options during checkout.

To continue with payment:

1. Tap a suggested tip option.
2. Select Continue.
