Description: Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) supports add-on devices for paying at the table with Shift4 Duo, which can be managed in the ‘Devices' section.
Shift4 Duo
There are 8 sections of customizable information:
- Tips Settings: Allows to enable the tip screen and to force the tip screen.
- Default Tips Settings: Set up to 3 tip percentage options and the ability to set a default.
- Assigning Items to Guests: Allows you to assign items to specific guests when enabled.
- Guest Settings: Enter information such as name and phone with a custom message.
- Guest Rating Settings: Allows guests to enter a rating for their experience; you can also set an alert for ratings below a selected threshold and have those alerts emailed or texted so you can respond immediately.
- Ordering: The order at the table feature is turned on when enabled.
- Payment Settings: Allows partial payments.
- Branding: Option to display your logo.
