Access and Run the Break Punctuality Report in SkyTab Workforce

The Break Punctuality report helps managers track break compliance and export data for further analysis. The accuracy percentage is calculated for employees who clock in for their breaks (paid and unpaid) in a given reporting period.

Prerequisites

Employees are clocking in for their shifts and breaks.

Break compliance rules must be configured and enabled (Main Menu > Compliance > Breaks)

Access Report

Navigate to Main Menu > Reports > Break Punctuality.

Date Selection

Select a single day, or a date range, from the calendar. Once applied, results that meet the criteria are returned.

Break Type Selection

Select either the Paid Break or Unpaid Break button to return relevant results.

Sort Options

Select on any column label (Employees, Shifts, Variance, Accuracy) to sort by Ascending or Descending Order.

Report Display

The upper portion tracks Punctuality in graphical form. Dots above the 'Allowed' line represent 'Over' (more time than allowed), and dots below the 'Allowed' line represent 'Under' (less time than allowed).

Select any employee to see their results. Hovering the mouse over a specific day will show the result for that day (Over or Under) for that break type (Paid or Unpaid)

The lower portion details individual employee results. Scrolling to the bottom of the employee list, a total for the location is provided.

Field Descriptions

For the selected reporting period;

• Shifts: Total number of shifts clocked in.
• Variance: Total number of 'Late' shifts.
• Accuracy: A measure of an employee’s punctuality, expressed as a percentage. 

Export Report

Report data is exportable to CSV. Select the Export button in the screen's top right corner. The report is downloaded directly to your local machine. A notification will appear for reports requiring more time to generate, advising that an email will be sent when the export is available for download. Typically, this will be available within a few minutes.

After receiving the email, select the Download link within the given 48-hour window to download the CSV file to your local machine.
