Description: Learn how to cancel your Workforce Management subscription in the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
Prerequisite
You must be the Admin (Owner) of the Customer Hub account to cancel the subscription.
Cancel Workforce
- Log in to the Customer Hub.
- Navigate to Workforce Management > Labor Settings.
- Select Cancel Workforce.
- In the cancellation window:
- Select a Cancellation Reason
- From the Specify the Reason dropdown, select the applicable option.
- Enter details in the Describe your issue field.
- Select Cancel Workforce.
- Select OK to confirm the cancellation, or select Cancel to exit without making changes.
After cancellation is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the account Admin (Owner).
What Happens After Cancellation
During a trial period:
Access to Workforce Management ends immediately. The account reverts to the Customer Hub version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management.
During a paid subscription:
Access to Workforce continues until the end of the current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, the account reverts to the Customer Hub version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management.
