Description: Learn how to cancel your Workforce subscription in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
Prerequisite
You must be the Admin (Owner) of the Lighthouse account to cancel the subscription.
Cancel Workforce
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- Navigate to Workforce > Labor Settings.
- Select Cancel Workforce.
- In the cancellation window:
- Select a Cancellation Reason
- From the Specify the Reason dropdown, select the applicable option.
- Enter details in the Describe your issue field.
- Select Cancel Workforce.
- Select OK to confirm the cancellation, or select Cancel to exit without making changes.
After cancellation is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the account Admin (Owner).
What Happens After Cancellation
During a trial period:
Access to Workforce ends immediately. The account reverts to the LBM version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management.
During a paid subscription:
Access to Workforce continues until the end of the current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, the account reverts to the LBM version of Employee Scheduling and Timeclock Management.
