Description: Learn how to reset your SkyTab Workforce password using the mobile app if you’ve forgotten it or become temporarily locked out.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to perform a "Forgot Password" process to regain access to your Workforce account. Below is the process for resetting your password from the mobile app.
Note: If you attempt to enter your password too many times, your account will be temporarily suspended. It will automatically unsuspend after 20 minutes.
Reset Password
The following instructions relate only to a password reset performed from the phone.
- Launch the Workforce mobile app.
- Enter your mobile number and tap on NEXT.
Tap on the Forgot Password? link (do not enter a password on this screen).
- A security code will be sent via text message to your phone.
Retrieve the security code and enter it on the screen when prompted.
Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters).
- Tap on DONE to complete the process.
