Overview

Shift4 provides monthly statements that include a detailed breakdown of services and charges, such as:

• Number of transactions processed
• Batch totals
• Associated fees

Statements are delivered as e-statements by default and are available 24/7 in the Lighthouse portal.

Lighthouse Business Manager Statements

My menu looks similar to this: 

Access Individual Location Statements

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Reporting > Statements.
   
    
3. If you manage multiple locations, select the location(s) from the Location dropdown and select Confirm.
   
4. Select the desired Year in the dropdown.
5. Select Download, then select PDF to download the statement(s).
   

Access Consolidated Statements (United States only)

Consolidated statements provide a single monthly view across selected locations, featuring:

• An aggregated financial overview
• Side-by-side details for each location
• Faster, easier reconciliation

Key Details

• Available in PDF and Excel formats
• Generated at the beginning of each month
• Requires a statement group (a custom group of selected locations) to be created first

To download a consolidated statement:

1. Log in to LBM.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Reporting > Statements.
   
3. In the Location filter, select a Statement group and select Confirm.
   
4. Download the consolidated statement in PDF or Excel format.

Accessing Documents in LBM

You can access various downloadable documents from the Documents section in LBM, including:

• Statement: Monthly breakdown of services and charges 
• Notice: Important information, such as accompanying information about the statement
• Tax Form: Tax breakdown of the services and fees performed

To access Documents:

1. Log in to LBM.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Reporting > Documents.
   
    
3. If you manage multiple locations, use the Location dropdown to select the appropriate location.
   
4. Choose a year from the dropdown.
   
5. Select the download icon next to the desired document to open it in a new browser window or download it directly.

Statements are provided as e-statements by default and are available 24/7 in the Lighthouse portal. Paper statements are available by request through Customer Service.

2. Select Location > Overview from the left navigation menu.
3. Select a timeframe from the dropdown box.
4. Select View Statement.
