Documents in Lighthouse Business Manager

Description: Shift4 Documents are electronic materials containing information based on Shift4 to a customer. They provide a breakdown of the products and services that have been carried out, important tax information, or notices relevant to you as a customer.

The documents that are available to download (when available) are:

• Statement: Monthly breakdown of services and charges 
• Notice: Important information, such as accompanying information about the statement
• Tax Form: Tax breakdown from the services and fees performed

Accessing Documents

To navigate to the Documents section, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) and select Reporting from the left navigation menu. The reporting section will expand. 
2. Select Documents from the sub-menu shown.
3. Select a location from the dropdown box entitled Location
4. Next, select a year from the box entitled Year
5. Available document links will now appear in the main window. 
6. Select the download icon to open the document in a new window in your browser.
7. Navigate to the new window to view or download the document.

Statements

Shift4’s statements provide customers with a monthly breakdown of services and charges. 

For example, how many transactions were processed by Shift4, batch totals, breakdown of fees and charges

Statements default to e-statements available in the Lighthouse portal 24/7. We prefer this route and provide paper statements on a one-off request basis through customer service.
