Overview
Shift4 provides monthly statements that include a detailed breakdown of services and charges, such as:
- Number of transactions processed
- Batch totals
- Associated fees
Statements are delivered as e-statements by default and are available 24/7 in the Customer Hub portal.
Statement availability: Monthly statements are available by the first business day of the month, though processing can occasionally take up to two additional business days depending on data availability.
Note: Please add notify@shift4 to your safe sender list to prevent Shift4 statements from going into your spam folder.

Access Individual Location Statements
- Log in to the Customer Hub.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Reporting > Statements.
- If you manage multiple locations, select the location(s) from the Location dropdown and select Confirm.
- Select the desired Year in the dropdown.
- Select Download, then select PDF or Excel to download the statement(s).
Access Consolidated Statements
Consolidated statements provide a single monthly view across selected locations, featuring:
- An aggregated financial overview
- Side-by-side details for each location
- Faster, easier reconciliation
Key Details
- Available in PDF and Excel formats
- Can easily create and customize “statement groups” by selecting preferred locations for consolidated statements. Users should create a statement group first to be able to access the consolidated statement.
- Generated at the beginning of each month, based on the locations included in the statement groups at that time.
Creating & Managing “Statement Groups”
A "statement group" is a collection of locations (MIDs) you've organized for statements. You can create a group to get one single document that includes all locations within it.
Note: Each location can only be part of one statement group.
Create and Manage a Statement Group
There are two ways to access the “Statement Group” settings:

Option A: From the Statement Page - Select the Add/Edit Groups button.

Option B: From Your Profile - Navigate to Profile > Groups.
Create a Statement Group
- On the “Statement Group” settings page, select the "+" button.
- Select Statement Group from the options presented.
Note: When selecting locations for a statement group, you can only add locations that are not already part of another “statement group” and can only include locations from the same country.
Your ability to add, view, or manage locations in a statement group is determined by your user permissions. To create, edit, or delete a group, you must be an Admin or have specific permissions to manage groups.
Download a Consolidated Statement
- Log in to the Customer Hub.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Reporting > Statements.
- In the Location filter, select a Statement group and select Confirm.
- Download the consolidated statement in PDF or Excel format.

Shift4 Dine Customer Hub Statements
To view a statement:
- Log in to the Customer Hub.
- Select Location > Overview from the left navigation menu.
- Select a timeframe from the drop-down box.
- Select View Statement.
