Set up Discounts
Discounts can reduce (or remove) particular costs for either entire tickets or individual line items. They can be used for various reasons, including Employee Discounts or Senior Discounts. When applied, they must be set with either a dollar amount, percent, or force the final discount price of a particular item.
- To add a new discount, press Add New in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- To edit an existing discount:
- Select the discount from the list on the left.
- Make the desired changes and press Save.
Select Edit List in the lower-left corner to edit the display order for the order entry screen. This will NOT change the order on the Discount Settings screen.
Delete or Remove Discounts

- Navigate to the Manager > Settings > Payments > Discounts. Select the discount that needs to be deactivated from the left side menu by pressing on it.
- Slide the Active toggle OFF on the top middle of the screen.
