You must complete all of the One-Time Password (OTP) verification steps before the account update options below become available. If you are unable to proceed to an update option, refer to Change Account Information (Bank Account, Profile, Contact) for Shift4 Dine Customer Hub (United States) for details in navigating the OTP verification workflow.
The bank account on file is used for monthly Shift4 billing and payouts. Follow the steps below to securely update your bank account information using Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
- Select Begin next to Change your bank account on file.
- Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then select Submit.
- Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
- The owner must complete an identity verification questionnaire for account security.
- Enter the new bank account information and press Submit.
- The account will be updated within 24 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once complete.
