Description: Learn how to update your account profile information, such as your phone number, email, address, owner information, etc., using Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
Refer to these articles if you need to change your bank account or authorized contact.
- Log in to LBM as an administrator and access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu.
- Click Begin next to "Update your account profile information."
- Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then click Submit.
- Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
- Enter the full bank account number on file and select Verify Account Number.
- Enter new information into the available fields and select Validate to confirm.
- After all the changes are complete, select Save Changes.
