Description: Learn how to update your account profile information, such as your phone number, email, address, owner information, etc., using Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
You must complete all of the One-Time Password (OTP) verification steps before the account update options below become available. If you are unable to proceed to an update option, refer to Change Account Information (Bank Account, Profile, Contact) for Shift4 Dine Customer Hub (United States) for details in navigating the OTP verification workflow.
- Select Begin next to Update your account profile information.
- Enter the full bank account number on file and select Verify Account Number.
- Enter new information into the available fields and select Validate to confirm.
- DBA: Name, phone number, address, and email address
- Legal entity address
- Owner's phone number and address
- After all the changes are complete, select Save Changes.
