The bank account on file is used for monthly Shift4 billing and payouts. Follow the steps below to securely update your bank account information using Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) as an administrator and access Settings > Account Maintenance on the left navigation menu.
Note: The Account Maintenance option may not appear when accessing Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) from a mobile browser. If you do not see this option, please log in from a desktop or laptop computer and try again. - Select Begin next to "Change your bank account on file."
- Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then select Submit.
- Confirm that you are the owner listed on this screen and press Begin.
- The owner must complete an identity verification questionnaire for account security.
- Enter the new bank account information and press Submit.
- The account will be updated within 24 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once complete.
