Description: Learn how to configure an automatic gratuity by order type on SkyTab POS.

Notes:
- If no Order Types are selected, then an Order type filter is not used. The auto-gratuity will be applied regardless of the ticket Order type.
- This change affects only automatic gratuity assignment; it does not limit users from assigning gratuity manually from the Order screen.
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Accounting > Gratuities.

Tap Add New Gratuity.

On the Gratuities tab:
- Enter the Gratuity Name.
- Select Flat or Percentage and enter the amount.
- You may enter a custom gratuity name for Name Printed on Receipt or leave it blank.
- Select a Revenue Class from the pulldown and tap Ok.
- Select the guest count at which the automatic gratuity should be applied.
- Under Filter Gratuity By Order Type (Optional), select Tap to edit to open the Select Order Types dialog box.
- Select the Order Type(s) the automatic gratuity should be applied.
- Tap Ok to close the dialog box.
- Tap Save.
- If you need to edit the gratuity, select the gratuity from the list, make the required changes, and tap Save.
