Description: Learn how to enroll and set up the Advantage Program using Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
Note: For additional information on tracking the Advantage Program's fees gain, please visit the Lighthouse Business Manager Settlement Report article.
- Navigate to Location > Advantage Program in LBM.
- If you are not currently enrolled in the Advantage Program and wish to enroll, select Set Up Now. If you are currently enrolled and want to change your settings, skip to Step 4.
- Select Confirm in the Terms of Agreement window that displays. This will enroll you in the Advantage Program and change your statements from monthly to daily.
Note: If enabling mid-month, the change will take effect on the 1st of next month.
- Select the preferred Advantage Program - Supplemental Fee, Dual Pricing, or Cash Discount. The default is set up for Dual Pricing.
Important: Once you have enrolled in Dual Pricing, you need to wait until the 1st of the next month to change your program type.
- For the Supplemental Fee, select the Fee Percentage. You can customize its appearance on the receipt and select a Revenue Class. You can also enable Tip Reduction and specify a percentage. With Tip Reduction, you can withhold a certain percentage from employee tips.
- For Dual Pricing, select the Fee Percentage and a Revenue Class. You can also enable Tip Reduction and specify a percentage. With Tip Reduction, you can withhold a certain percentage from employee tips.
- For Cash Discount, select the Fee Percentage.
- Select Save.
- A message will appear confirming you want to save your changes. Select Save.
