Configure and Use a Label Printer With SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to configure the Epson TL-100 printer to seamlessly print tickets as labels with customizable formatting preferences for linerless sticky prints.

Note: While Shift4 doesn't directly provide the label printer paper, we suggest placing orders on a third-party website, which is linked in the article below.

How It Works

Label printing is supported with the Epson TL-100 printer and configured in SkyTab POS Hardware / Printers & KDS settings as a new ticket printer using the Epson Generic printer model.

Once you've named the printer and specified its IP/model, proceed to configure it under "General" with item assignments as usual, and then select the Label Printer checkbox.

This will give you a new set of options under the Advanced tab specific for label printing, including:

Paper Width
Individual Selections for Show Customer Details
Option to Print Logo
Print Items Individually (also available with standard ticket printing)
