Description: Learn how to configure SkyTab POS to automatically complete third-party Online Orders.
When enabled, tickets are closed under the Unassigned user, who will own all Sales and Tips and be visible in reports as belonging to them.
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Business > Marketplace.
- Slide the toggle to enable "Complete Paid Auto-Fulfilled Orders."
- Tap Save.
Tickets completed for this Unassigned user can be viewed in any reports where Employees are shown. For example, the Payroll by Employee report will show the Unassigned user and their tips.
The Financial Overview and Activity Summary will summarize Tips in the cash summary that were not assigned to a real user (the unassigned user) as part of the reduction in total cash.
These are just a few examples of how this Unassigned user will show in reporting when using the Auto-Complete feature.
