Enable Refund Permissions in Lighthouse Business Manager

Description: Learn how to enable refund permissions in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) for users.

By default, Admins have refund permissions, whereas LBM users are disabled for refund permissions.

To enable a user for refunds:

1. Log in to LBM and select Profile > Users located on the left navigation menu.
   
2. Locate the user from the list or use the search function to find them by name, then select the user to edit their details.
   
3. On the Edit User window, select the Permissions dropdown.
4. Select the right arrow next to Transactions, then place a checkmark in the checkbox for "Refund transactions".
   
5. Select the Update button and then Save.
