Configure Ticket Recall Globally on the Kitchen Display System

Description: Learn how to configure Ticket Recall behavior by Bump Station setting on the Kitchen Display System (KDS).

When Bump Station is enabled, tickets are recalled locally to the device, and this behavior cannot be changed.

When Bump Station is disabled, you can choose how Ticket Recall behaves:

• Locally (default): Recalls tickets only on the current device.
• Globally: Recalls tickets across all stations where the ticket was present.

To configure Ticket Recall behavior:

1. Tap the gear icon in the lower left of the screen on the KDS to open Settings.
   
2. Scroll to the Bump Station setting under Item Actions.
   
3. Under Ticket Recall, select the desired behavior (available when Bump Station is disabled).
   
4. Tap Done to save your changes.
