Description: Review how to change how tickets behave and customize the information displayed in the Tickets section of the Manager Settings menu below.

Access Tickets Settings by navigating to Manager > Settings and selecting Tickets. Here, you can modify the following fields:
- Sort An Open Ticket: Sorts an open ticket By Seat or By Course.
- Sort Open Tickets By: Determines the ticket order when viewing the Open tab in Tickets View; the options available are Newest First, Oldest First, or Alphabetical by User, Ticket Header, Custom Ticket Name, Customer, or Table Name.
- Sort Completed Sales Tickets By: Determines how tickets are sorted when viewing the Completed tab in Tickets View; options include Newest First, Oldest First, Alphabetical by User, Alphabetical by Ticket Header, Alphabetical by Custom Ticket Name, Alphabetical by Customer or Alphabetical by Table Name.
- Send Ticket on Auto Logout: Select Discard Changes or Send Changes for auto logout behavior.
- Prefix Name On Tickets: Determines if the receipt has a value in place before the ticket number when printed; to set this, select the field and choose either None, User Name, or Section Name.
- Rollover Ticket Numbers: Controls if the Ticket Number resets back to one (1) after a certain threshold is met. If enabled, the threshold needs to be set within the Rollover At text box. You can also choose to Rollover ticket numbers at the start of day every day by placing a check next to the option.
- Allow Transfer Of Tickets With Partial Payments: Controls if a user can transfer a ticket with partial payment to another user.
- Close Tickets Automatically When Paid In Full: Determines if a ticket automatically closes when it is paid in full; this is beneficial for locations that do not accept tips.

Printing Options: This allows you to choose how receipts print when processing a transaction; the options are as follows:
- Manually select: Provides a dialog box to choose how the receipt is printed.
- Automatically print: Prints the receipt immediately upon closing the transaction.
- Do not print: Does NOT print any receipts when a transaction is completed.
