What is causing this Error?
This error is caused by the Track Wasted Inventory toggle being enabled on that specific reason which is used when voiding an item or ticket in SkyTab POS.
How do I resolve this Error?
- Navigate to the Manager > Business > Reasons and select the Reason that has been used for voiding an item or the ticket.
- Set Track Wasted Inventory toggle OFF.
- Press the blue Save button at the bottom right corner of the screen to confirm the changes.
- Navigate to the Manager > Menu > Items and select the item that has been counted as inventory loss.
- Once the item is selected, open the Tracking tab from the top menu.
- Adjust the Quantity on Hand setting so it would match the real-time inventory count for this specific item.
- Press the blue Save button on the bottom right corner of the screen to confirm the changes.
- Repeat the same process on other items (if needed) that were affected by the Track Wasted Inventory toggle being enabled in the POS Terminal.
