Locate the Merchant ID Number

Description: This article will review the options for where the merchant number (MID) can be found.

Lighthouse Business Manager

Note: If you haven’t registered an account in Lighthouse Business Manager yet, proceed to the Access Lighthouse Business Manager article.

The merchant number is located in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) at the top left corner of the screen, as shown below.

Note: If more than one location is on the merchant’s account, ensure the correct location is selected by selecting the down arrow button.

The merchant number can also be located in Lighthouse Business Manager > Location Overview as shown in the screenshot below.

Merchant number also reflects on the Monthly Statements as shown in the screenshot below.

The monthly statement can be located in the LBM > Location Overview > Monthly Statement and by selecting on the green View Statement button.
