Understand Auto Sync Behavior

• • If Auto Sync in Contact information is enabled, address updates made in LBM automatically sync to the Editor, and you cannot manually edit the address in Website Builder.
    

  • If Auto Sync in Contact information is disabled, changes made in LBM do not reflect in the Editor unless manually updated in Website Builder.
    

To edit the address field:

1. Select the Edit Website button to access the Content Editing feature.
   

2. Select Contact.
   
   

3. In the Address textbox, enter your business address. As you type, address suggestions will appear; select one from the list.
   Note: Auto-Sync must be disabled.
   

   • The system confirms if the selected address is valid, and the map updates automatically.
     

   • If the address is invalid, the Editor displays an error: "Incorrect address, please try again."

     

   • If no address is entered, Google Maps will not display.

4. Use the Additional Address Information textbox to add extra location details, such as "near Gate 3" or "behind the plaza." This information appears on your website but is not included in address validation.
5. Select Save and Publish when you are ready to update your website with your changes.
