Description: Learn how to navigate the Launch Control onboarding wizard to confirm installation details, upload your menu, and customize your business settings.
Logging In
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- You'll arrive at the Welcome Page. The Welcome Page tells you what's about to happen, how long it will take, and a timeline of the events.
The left panel displays your location, MID, Pre-Launch Specialist details, and a "Sign Out" option. You can change your location here if needed. - Select Continue to proceed.
Installation Details
- The next step is the Order Contact section, where you'll see fields for whom to contact about the setup. These fields will automatically populate with information from the application. However, you can edit the information or add another person by selecting the "Add Another Person" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- The next step is the Hardware Shipping Address section, where you'll confirm or update the address for hardware delivery. You’ll also see a handy quick link to the Installation Guide to help you prepare your location before setup.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- The next step is the Installation Date section. The designated contact must be on-site during installation, and we recommend choosing a time when the restaurant is closed or not busy. You can adjust the date, but it must be scheduled at least 10 business days in advance. Use the provided link to review the Site Readiness Guide, and confirm each item has been completed by checking the corresponding boxes.
Notes:- Failure to meet the Site Readiness requirements may result in a $250 rescheduling fee.
- Use the back arrow to return to the previous screen at any time.
- Select Continue to proceed.
Upload Your Menu
- Select Continue to proceed.
- Any previously submitted files will appear automatically, and you can upload additional files if needed by selecting the "Select Files" button or by dragging and dropping.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- Confirm or update the tax rates that apply to your menu items.
- Select Continue to proceed.
Restaurant Basics
- Select Continue to proceed.
- The following section collects your business name, address, phone number, and service type. This information helps customers find you and appears on their receipts, so make sure it’s accurate and up to date.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- Next, you’ll have the option to upload your logo. It will appear on receipts, online ordering platforms, and other customer-facing locations.
Note: Supported file types are JPEG, PNG, GIF, and BMP. - Select Continue to proceed.
- Offline Mode allows you to continue processing payments in case of an outage or service interruption. A short video explaining how Offline Mode works is shown on this screen. Because this feature is enabled by default, you’ll need to watch the video and check the box to confirm that you understand how it works and the potential risks involved.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- A conclusion screen lets you know you've completed the wizard and that SkyTab Lighthouse is your go-to platform for running and growing your business!
- Select Enter to access the Grow My Business screen. This displays your key order details, value-added services (such as Gift Cards and Business Intelligence), recommended products, helpful tutorials, and a link to the Knowledge Base.
To contact your Pre-Launch Specialist, select the Support icon in the Order Status section to view their contact information.
