Update Multiple It's Your Card Gift Card Balances Simultaneously in Transaction Manager

To update multiple It's Your Card (IYC) balances:

First, create a Comma-Separated Value (CSV) file containing the card numbers and your new associated balances, then import it. Once the file is ready, log in to Transaction Manager and import the file. 

1. Go to It's Your Card (IYC) > Issuance.
   
2. Select Issue Prepaid Gift Cards.
   
3. Select Choose File next to Import CSV and select the file you wish to import.
   
4. Select Submit.
   
5. A confirmation window will load with the details of the cards in the batch listed at the bottom. Select Issue Cards.
6. A confirmation window will display; however, it will say "0 cards issued at various values..."
7. Now that the gift cards have been updated, go to the It's Your Card menu and select Balance/Status Inquiry.
8. Search for one of the cards imported and confirm the balance has been updated.
