Description: You can set an employee as inactive from the Employees Setup screen and render that employee unable to log into the system.
- Log into the system and then access the Setup menu. From the Setup screen, select the Employees tab.
- From the Employee’s window, select the employee you want to deactivate and un-check the Employee Active checkbox.
- Then use the Save button to save your changes.
