The Quick Menu feature in the SkyTab SOLO app offers the ability to create menus and make changes directly from Lighthouse and the device itself. To get started with Quick Menu, navigate to the Settings screen on the SkyTab SOLO app and select Quick Menu, then tap on the toggle to enable/ disable it. The Quick Menu is accessible from the home screen of the SkyTab SOLO app. 

Add Quick Menu Items Via Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM)

To add items to order for your quick menu, log in to LBM with your Lighthouse credentials and select Devices > SOLO > Items on the navigation pane on the left. The next step will show you how to add items to your Quick Menu using Lighthouse.

To add an item to your Quick Menu for your SkyTab SOLO app, once inside the SOLO Quick Menu in Lighthouse, select the Add SOLO Menu Item button on the right and follow these instructions: 

Any items that are already configured will be displayed in this menu area.

1. Enter the menu item’s name in the “Title” field.
2. Add an item’s price in the “Base price ($)” field. 
   • If you wish to include taxes in the base price, set values in the tax fields to zero.
   • If you do not want to include taxes in the base price, do not include the tax amount in the base price.
3. Configure tax amounts by entering values in the “Tax Value” and “Tax Type” fields. Taxes could be set as a flat dollar amount or a percentage of the base price.
4. The “Total Price” field is read-only and displays the calculated base price and tax total.
5. Select Save to save the new item or Discard to cancel.  

To view, edit, or delete your menu item, follow these instructions:  

1. Select the item that you wish to edit. The “Edit SOLO Quick Menu Item” screen will appear.
2. Make the necessary changes in the “General Information” section. 
3. Select Save to save or Discard to revert the changes made. 
4. Select Delete to remove an item from the Quick Menu. 
5. To close and exit from the current screen, tap on the x button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Add Quick Menu Items Via SkyTab SOLO App

The ability to edit and access your Quick Menu settings is also available from the SkyTab SOLO app. To access these settings, follow these instructions: 

1. Find and select the Quick Menu option in the settings screen.
2. Two menu options are now displayed on the screen (Remote or Local)
   
   • Select the Remote option to use the menu configured in Lighthouse. 
   • Select the Local option to use a local copy of the menu instead of the menu stored in Lighthouse. Changes to the local menu will not be reflected on your other devices or Lighthouse.  

To add an item: 

1. Select the "+" button in the Quick Menu settings screen.
   
   Note: Items that are already configured will be displayed. 
   
   
2. Enter the menu item’s name in the “Name” field. 
3. Enter the item’s price in the “Base price ($)” field. 
4. Configure tax amount by entering values in the “Tax Value” and “Tax Type” fields (taxes could be configured as a dollar amount or a percentage of the base price). 
5. Select Done to save.

Edit Quick Menu Items Via SkyTab SOLO App

To view or edit an already existing item: 

1. Select the menu item that you wish to edit. 
2. Make the necessary changes.
3. Select Done to save changes.

Delete a Menu Item Via SkyTab SOLO App

To delete an item, select the trash can icon in the screen's upper right corner when adding/editing an item.
