What is causing this Issue?
When an It’s Your Card (IYC) is declined, even if it has a balance, the card has likely been deactivated.
How do I resolve this Issue?
To check the status of the card:
- Log in to Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM).
- Go to It’s Your Card > Lookup.
- Enter the card number in the Card Lookup field and select Lookup.
- If the card is deactivated, the deactivation date & time, as well as the reason, are listed.
If you would like to charge the card, you can activate the card again by clicking on the Activate button and running the transaction again.
