Description: Learn how to view uptime and downtime data for each store on Delivery Management to see when locations were offline across your connected 3rd-party channels.
View Store Uptime and Downtime Reports
- Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
- From the Analytics page, select System Monitoring.
- Select By location.
- Choose the location you want to view.
You'll see uptime and downtime for the past 30 days.
