Description: Learn how to create multiple menus on Delivery Management, such as Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner, with day parts, categories, and menu hours.
Create Multiple Menus
Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
- Select the Menu dropdown in the left navigation bar. In this example, ours is called Main Menu.
- Select Create New Menu.
- Enter the menu name and select Save, then choose one of the following options:
- You can use the dropdown to navigate between menus.
- Navigate to the new menu (e.g., Holiday Menu) and populate it with categories.
- Existing Categories come from your POS.
Note: These categories sync with the POS, meaning items added or removed in the POS will automatically update on Delivery Management. - New Categories are independent of the POS.
Note: These categories exist only on Delivery Management, so items must be manually added or removed.
- Existing Categories come from your POS.
- After adding your categories, select Save.
- Select Edit Menu Schedule to set your menu availability.
- Enter the menu hours.
Note: You can use the copy icon to apply the same hours to multiple days. - Select Apply.
- Select Save Hours.
Your new menu is now ready to be published.
