Description: Learn how to temporarily pause connected delivery and online ordering channels to control menu availability on Delivery Management.
Pause Delivery or Online Ordering Channels
- Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
- From the Menu page, select Pause Menu.
- Select Pause All DSP's or select Pause for the individual DSP you want to pause.
- Select the duration for the pause from the dropdown.
- Select Pause DSP to apply.
The selected channel(s) will now appear as paused.
