Description: Learn to remove individual POS locations from an existing integration without deleting the entire POS setup on Delivery Management. Use this procedure when you want to take a single location offline while keeping the rest of the integration active.
Remove a POS Location
- Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Locations & Integrations.
- Select the POS logo you want to remove.
Important: Before deleting a location, make sure it does not have any connected 3rd party channels. Remove any connected channels first. - Select the Trash icon next to the integration you want to remove.
- Select Remove.
- Verify that the location no longer appears in the list.
