What is causing this Error?
This error occurs when no payment device is selected in the SkyTab settings and you attempt to process a transaction.
How do I resolve this Error?
These steps must be performed on each SkyTab POS and, if applicable, on each SkyTab Glass.
- Navigate to Manager > Settings > Hardware Settings > Payment Devices.
- Select Payment Device at the top of the screen.
- Select Onboard Reader or External PIN Pad, depending on which device you have.
Note: If you selected "External PIN Pad", visit the Configure the SkyTab POS PIN Pad article to complete the configuration. - Select Ok.
- Select Save.
