Customer Directory
Purpose
The Customer Directory Report provides a list of all customers in the location’s database. It displays contact information, visit history, and spending summaries, enabling management and staff to quickly access customer profiles.
Running the Report
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Navigate to Reporting > Reports.
- Select SkyTab POS and the desired location(s).
- Select Customer Directory.
- Select Generate. The report displays on the screen. You can also download or print it.
Customer House Accounts Balance
Purpose
The Customer House Accounts Balance Report displays current account balances and thresholds for customers. It is used to monitor outstanding liabilities owed to the business and track customer credit activity.
Running the Report
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Navigate to Reporting > Reports.
- Select SkyTab POS and the desired location(s).
- Select Customer House Accounts Balance.
- Select Generate. The report displays on the screen. You can also download or print it.
Customer Item Sales
Purpose
The Customer Item Sales Report shows itemized sales for each customer, including quantity sold and net sales, within a specified date range. It helps management identify purchasing trends and top-spending customers.
Running the Report
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- Navigate to Reporting > Reports.
- Select SkyTab POS and the desired location(s).
- Select Customer Item Sales.
- Choose a date range.
- Select Generate. The report displays on the screen. You can also download or print it.
