Description: Learn how to update the timezone setting in SkyTab Workforce to ensure accurate shift times, reporting, and scheduling across your locations. If your shift times or reports appear incorrect, verify that the correct time zone is selected in Workforce settings.
To change the timezone:
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- Navigate to Workforce > Scheduler.
- Select the Profile icon (person) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- From the Time Zone dropdown menu, select the appropriate time zone.
- Select Save to apply your changes.
