Description: Learn to completely remove a POS integration or all associated POS locations on Shift4 Delivery, including disconnecting any linked ordering channels. Use this procedure when you want to remove the full integration from your system.
Delete POS Locations
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Locations & Integrations.
- First, remove any Connected Ordering Channels.
- Select the Trash icon next to the channel to remove it.
- Select Remove to confirm.
- Next, remove the POS locations.
- Select the Trash icon to delete the integration.
Note: If you only want to remove a specific location within the integration, use the Trash icon next to that location. - Select Remove to finalize the deletion.
