Add a Virtual Location on Delivery Management

Description: Learn to add virtual or ghost kitchen concepts to your account on Delivery Management by creating additional merchants and configuring each with its own name, settings, and POS connection.

Add a Virtual Location

1. Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
   
2. Navigate to your Profile.
   
3. Select + Add Merchant.
4. Type in the Virtual Location name.
   
5. Select Create.
6. The location displays in the upper right under Merchants.
   
7. Select Get Started.
   
8. Select Shift4 on the Connecting POS window.
9. Select Connect POS.
   
10. Enter your login information and select Sign In.
    
11. Select your POS locations using the checkboxes, then select Continue.
    
12. The POS will resync the menu to the new virtual (ghost) location. From here, configure the menu for your new location.
