Enable Kitchen Capacity for Automated Order Throttling

1. From the Orders page, select Edit.
   
2. Enter the number of items your kitchen can produce within the specified prep time.
   
3. Review the chart to understand how orders will be automatically throttled based on the total items in the queue.
   Note: For example, if capacity is set to 10 items, then items 11–20 will be throttled by an additional 30 minutes, resulting in a 60-minute total prep time.
   
4. Once you are satisfied with your kitchen capacity settings, select Save.
