Locate Chargebacks

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Select Reporting.
3. Select POS and Historical Reports.
4. Select Processing from the dropdown. 
5. Select Chargebacks.
6. Select the needed date range.
7. Select Generate.
   
   This will give all the chargebacks that occurred throughout the selected period of time.
