The software will freeze or become slow if the receipt printer is malfunctioning or is out of paper and continues to receive multiple print requests.
How do I resolve this Issue?
Select this message if it appears on the screen.
Select Printer in the top-left corner of the screen that opens.
Select Cancel All Documents.
Select Yes to confirm.
Close the initial screen.
