What is causing this Issue?
- The customer has not completed enrollment in the loyalty program.
- The search criteria used are incorrect or incomplete.
- The Shift4 Loyalty integration is not installed or is inactive.
How do I resolve this Issue?
- Confirm the customer has completed enrollment using the customer enrollment URL.
- Search for the customer using an alternate identifier, such as phone number, email address, or member ID.
- Check for typos in phone number or email entry.
- Verify the Shift4 Loyalty integration is installed and active in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
