SkyTab Lighthouse Business Manager Fiscal Reporting (Spain)

Description: Learn how managers can view, review, and export fiscalized transaction data for SkyTab locations operating in Spain using Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).

Availability: Spain

Access and View Fiscal Reports

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Navigate to Reporting > Fiscalization.

3. Select the Invoices dropdown to view a list of fiscalized transactions. The invoice list includes:
   Spanish
   

   ---

   English
   

   • Order Number
   • Invoice status (for example, Registered)
   • Series and Number
   • Terminal
   • Invoice Type
   • Issued Date and Time
   • Invoice ID

Invoices Requiring Inspection

If an invoice shows a status of Requires Inspection:

• Treat this as an indication that the invoice needs review.
• Capture the following details:
  • Order Number
  • Invoice ID
  • Timestamp
• Escalate the issue to Support.

Export Fiscal Records

1. Select the Exports dropdown to download official fiscal records.

2. Select a date range.
   Spanish
   

   ---

   English
   

3. Select Generate Report.
4. Download the ZIP file containing the invoice records.

Note: Export files may display an Expires At timestamp. Be sure to download the file before it expires.
