Description: Resolve common issues with Schedule Send, including unavailable options, timers that did not fire, and missing status badges.
Note: This feature is currently available only for Pilot users.
Schedule Send Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Check |
| Schedule Send option is not available | Confirm the employee's role has the Hold Kitchen Items permission enabled. Also, check whether Quick Coursing is enabled at the location, as Scheduled Send is not available when Quick Coursing is on. |
| Timer did not fire at the scheduled time | Verify the terminal was connected to the network at the time the timer was set to fire. Scheduled Send requires the terminal to be online. |
| Status badge not visible on held items | Navigate back to the open ticket. The scheduled send time badge appears on held items within the open ticket view and as an icon in the ticket grid. |
| Server cannot update or cancel a scheduled timer | Confirm the server has the Hold Kitchen Items permission. Only staff with this permission can modify or cancel a scheduled send timer. |
