Deactivate Demo Employees on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to remove demo employees from your SkyTab POS.

Once the installation has been completed, you should deactivate all demo PIN numbers that are on the system. These are usually the Owner, Example Cashier, Example Bartender, and Example Server. Sometimes there may be others.

Demo Employees PIN Codes

• Example Owner - 1111
• Example Cashier - 2222
• Example Server - 3333
• Example Bartender - 4444

Demo Employees should be used for training purposes; otherwise, they should be deactivated.

Deactivate Demo Employee

To remove the demo employees:

1. Navigate to Manager > Settings > Users > Employees and highlight the demo employee.
2. Tap on the toggle near the top of the screen next to Active.
3. Tap Save.
4. Repeat for each demo employee.
