Description: Learn how to configure preparation time for Online Ordering.
To configure prep time:
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) and select Marketplace > Online Ordering under My Apps.
- Select the Takeout/Delivery tab near the top of the screen, then scroll down to the Order Settings section.
- Under Order Settings, set a value in the Preparation Time (min) field based on how long your kitchen staff needs to prepare an order.
- When you have finished setting your location's prep time, scroll to the bottom and select Save.
