Configure Tip Prompts for Online Ordering

Description: Learn how to configure your tip settings for Online Ordering.

Note: Non-cash tips cannot be added on SkyTab POS for online orders, so it is recommended that you complete this configuration.

To configure tip prompts:

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
2. Select Marketplace > Online Ordering under My Apps.
   

3. Open the Payments tab, then scroll down to the Tips Settings section.
   

4. Check the box next to Allow tips, then enter values in the provided fields.
   

5. You can set a default value if you wish, using the Default Tip dropdown. You may also change how the tip is calculated (pre-tax or after-tax).
6. When you are finished, select Save.

The three tips configured (in Step 4 above) are displayed with Tip 2 selected as the default.
